Play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support
Manage inbound communications, assist with client inquiries
Facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions
Work closely with key stakeholders, including Financial Planners, supporting the arrangement of annual client review meetings
Support various projects and deliver exceptional levels of customer service to all clients
Adhere to FCA compliance, customer risk, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately on Intelligent Office and adhere to GDPR
Identify new business opportunities using knowledge of Attivo Group products and services
Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of business processes and service offerings.

Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level
Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage
A relevant degree, such as Economics, or Financial Services industry experience
An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner
Currently working towards your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII)
