Lead the development, configuration, integration, and operational support of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules
Collaborate with Risk and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize new demand
Own the backlog and oversee the full development lifecycle for user stories
Guide developers on platform standards and leading coding practices
Stay current on ServiceNow release features; assess impact and review enablement plans with stakeholders
Triage, investigate, and resolve issues in alignment with enterprise SLAs.
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for ServiceNow IRM and/or TPRM
Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow IRM (Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issues Management, Audit Management) and Third‑Party Risk workflows
Hands‑on ability to translate risk, compliance, audit, security, and vendor risk requirements into epics, features, and user stories
Close partnership with ServiceNow developers/architects on configuration decisions
Familiarity with regulatory/risk frameworks that drive IRM/TPRM implementations (e.g., SOX, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR)
