Support execution of strategic transformation initiatives across the Digital Engineering organization
Coordinate large-scale modernization efforts including platform evolution, digital experience improvements, AI adoption, and engineering productivity initiatives
Help drive change management strategies that enable teams to successfully adopt new platforms, tools, and operating models
Track and coordinate cross-team initiatives spanning Digital Experience, Platform Engineering, AI, SRE, and Integrations
Establish mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across complex transformation programs
Ensure leadership visibility into critical milestones, program health, and execution outcomes
Manage the operating cadence of the Digital Engineering leadership team
Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and organizational morale
Requirements
8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or transformation roles within technology organizations
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and platform teams
Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and large-scale transformation initiatives
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
