Oversee the day-to-day activities of the marketing function including budgeting, planning, and staff development.
Spearhead the development of internal + external marketing strategies, including product positioning and naming, target audience(s), collateral development, launch timing and channel approach.
Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct quarterly/annual performance reviews.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and competitor activity in digital marketing to ensure Ensemble is at the forefront of innovation in its overall marketing efforts.
Requirements
AVP will oversee, grow, and improve the awareness, interest and third-party ranking of Ensemble’s brand.
8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy.
Proven track record in leading marketing teams and executing successful go-to-market strategies in the healthcare industry.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to drive results.
Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to inform decision-making.
