10+ years in project/program leadership, clinical technology delivery, or enterprise portfolio management for digital transformation
Strong project planning, execution, and governance capabilities
Experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex dependencies
Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts
Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability
Demonstrated proficiency in Planview (system of record) and working knowledge of Jira and Smartsheet for portfolio and delivery reporting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment
Proven skill in creating concise, highly executive ready decks, translating complex data into clear, decision focused narratives and visuals
Strong attention to data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and audit readiness, including timesheet and financial data integrity.
