Create, implement, and manage a structured, repeatable inbound and outbound sales motion.
Operationalize a disciplined sales methodology. Implement strong processes, rigorous pipeline management, funnel optimization, and highly reliable forecasting.

Requirements
Proven Leadership: Hands-on experience managing and scaling a sales team of 5+ Account Executives with clear accountability for targets, performance, and execution.
Startup Scaling Experience: A clear track record of scaling a company’s revenue from the $1M to $10M ARR mark (Seed/Series A to Series B/C).
Industry Expertise selling to Low tech industries: Experience working at comparable logistics-tech companies, with mandatory experience selling into freight forwarding companies.
Process Obsession: Proven ability to build structure out of ambiguity, resulting in predictable revenue and disciplined sales teams.
