Plan and coordinate activities for assigned product portfolio
Document and present concepts for new products
Manage product line direction through assessment of current products and pricing
Develop and maintain product profit and loss and business plans
Present monthly, quarterly, and annual product line update reports
Initiate continuous process improvement and assess opportunities for change
Establish pricing strategies and analyze market data
Lead volume forecasts based on market environment and business plans
Support sales through joint sales calls and trade shows
Monitor competition and market forces affecting product line
Mentor junior product managers and associates

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
10+ years of relevant financial services or consulting firm experience
Strong product management, design and development skills
In-depth knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products
Strong leadership, management and marketing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization and time management skills
Superior influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills
Advanced knowledge of payments systems and practices
Superior financial and competitive analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
