Support the recruitment team with employment-related research and general administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
Assist with the screening and initial outreach to candidates to help assess qualifications and interest, as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including contact details, notes, and relevant preferences.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews or introductions as needed.
Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide flexible support across recruitment or operational teams.
Contribute to special projects or assignments, as needed.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members and assist with reviewing work outputs, as assigned.
Help address and resolve issues or escalations, as appropriate.
May serve as a backup in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
Requirements
One year of administrative or operational experience.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization.
Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question.
Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions.
Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
