Design, develop, and implement learning curriculum for electrical, mechanical, and avionics flightline systems, aligned to appropriate processes and procedures
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives
Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids
Apply instructional design models and learning theories, including ADDIE, adult learning principles, and multimedia learning strategies
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, production operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and integration of the learning program with other organizational initiatives
Be cognizant of budget, including vendor selection, to optimize resources and achieve cost-efficiency
Travel to other Boeing locations to support local training
Requirements
5+ years of experience with instructional design methodologies, curriculum development and adult learning principles
5+ years of experience managing projects/programs, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience communicating and presenting, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Experience collecting and analyzing data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
