Partner Integration Intern – m/f/d

Role Overview

• Support the technical onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
• Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
• Assist in responding to technical inquiries from partners during onboarding and live operations.
• Analyze existing partner integrations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of integration templates and processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integrations and an excellent seller experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Some experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, product feeds) is an advantage but not required.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on findings.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
