Handle the full set of accounts for Hong Kong clients in accordance with HKFRS.
Maintain accurate client financial records using Xero and other cloud-based accounting platforms.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial documentation.
Generate monthly and annual financial reports, including: Balance sheets, Income statements, Cash flow statements using Xero, Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting tools.
Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for business decision-making
Support internal finance operations, including: Client invoicing, Cash flow forecasting, and Financial tracking
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on: Accounting projects, Automation initiatives, and Process improvement activities
Use cloud-based HR systems to manage client employee records and support HR-related processes
Supervise and review junior staff's work, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery.
Requirements
Professional diploma or degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Hands-on experience handling Hong Kong-based clients (strongly preferred)
Xero Accounting Software experience is mandatory
Strong proficiency in Excel for financial statement preparation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English. (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus)
