You will support the development and execution of performance-oriented creative concepts for Meta Ads and TikTok (hooks, angles, storylines, scripts)
You will assist in creating and preparing briefs for creators and in-house production, as well as in copy development and optimization for creatives and landing pages
You will research audience insights (qualitative & quantitative) and derive hypotheses for new creatives and tests
You will support the analysis of creative performance, document results in a structured way, and help build a learning database
You will screen best practices and competitors to continuously generate and implement new and diverse ideas for our creative roadmap

You are an enrolled student (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar) and are looking for a working student position of 20 hours per week
You are a true doer: organized, proactive and strong in execution — able to juggle multiple tasks and independently drive your projects to completion
You enjoy diving into audiences and products, generating data-driven insights, and developing creative ad concepts to better market them
You are interested in Paid Social, direct-response creatives, advertising psychology and conversion optimization and are eager to quickly and independently build platform and performance knowledge in this area
A plus but not required: initial experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, copywriting or UGC/creator briefings
