Requirements
Commercial/business education or initial sales experience — ideally in software sales or the HR‑tech sector
You enjoy working with people
You are communicative and enjoy using your negotiation skills to excite customers about digital solutions
You aim not just to meet targets but to exceed them
You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and tackle tasks proactively
You think entrepreneurially, approach tasks analytically, and look for smart solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
