Cold calling / scheduling new appointments or warm calling / follow-up appointment scheduling
Handling leads with scheduled appointments to present our company
Conducting online meetings — qualifying customers for further sales
Conducting conversations in German with senior business contacts (Head of Procurement / Managing Director)
Preparing follow-up materials for prospective customers from qualification through to providing offers from appropriate network partners as preparation for the sales process
Documentation and data maintenance in our system
Providing sales support in follow-up meetings when covering for colleagues
Requirements
Several years of practical experience in sales (mandatory)
Professional experience and expertise in the energy sector (required; alternatively, a strong willingness to quickly acquire industry knowledge independently, which may include time outside regular working hours)
Confident and professional conduct of sales conversations in German
Customer
and sales-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with PCs, software, and AI tools
Home office workspace with own infrastructure (PC, internet connection)
Ability to work independently
Proactive involvement in shaping and optimizing our processes to achieve the best results
