Lead and develop the P&C Coordinator, driving accountability and delivery

10+ years experience in Human Resources, with experience in Financial Services
5+ years' experience in a role supporting one or more leaders at executive leadership level
Proven experience influencing outcomes and uplifting leadership capability
Experience leading REM reviews and enhancements
Direct leadership and management responsibilities
