Design and development of enterprise integration solutions with Workato
Implementation of end-to-end process automations across system and organizational boundaries
Building and operating data pipelines between cloud systems (ERP, CRM, HR, databases, APIs)
Development of AI-powered workflows and agentic-AI solutions based on Workato, Anthropic Claude, Salesforce Agentforce or Microsoft Foundry
Modeling and transforming business data (ELT/ETL) for analytical and operational purposes
Technical support for Salesforce projects (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate customer experience requirements (Sales, Commerce, Service, Marketing) into technical solutions

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in integration, automation or data engineering in enterprise environments
Proven hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (ideally Workato, alternatively MuleSoft or Boomi)
Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and modern data formats (JSON, XML)
Project experience with AI/LLM technologies (prompt engineering, API integration, fundamentals of RAG)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
Proven proficiency in Python, JavaScript or SQL for data transformations
Relevant Workato and/or Salesforce certifications are a plus
Analytical thinking, structured problem solving and a high degree of ownership
Strong communication skills in German and English
