Role Overview
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the US virtual staffing space
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates across various sourcing platforms
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate records and recruitment activities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Contribute to recruitment strategies that help scale hiring in a startup environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in US virtual staffing recruitment
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Strong passive sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through multiple sourcing channels
- Solid knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Experience using and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with strong attention to data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
