Define, plan and implement security business strategy, including offerings and go-to-market plans.
Participate in acquiring new clients alongside sales and marketing.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients personally as well with consultancy teams.
Help delivery teams excel by co-creating effective ways of working and building the right skillsets with appropriately sized teams.
Be responsible for P&L for the Business Unit’s projects and services.
Participate in the Platforms SBU Management Team, who design the SBU's business strategy (for example offering and sales strategy).
Oversee and manage KPI’s, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Have previous management experience in leading an IT consultancy organisation.
Be familiar with zero trust, identity and access management, infrastructure and application security, compliance, managed detection and response, CSOC, AI and other relevant areas of modern information security.
Have experience in selling IT services and/or solutions to private companies and public sector organizations.
Be fluent in English, and Finnish or Swedish.
Be available to work at our Espoo or Stockholm Office.
