About this role
Role Overview
Own the consolidated budget for assigned IT PMO programs, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and governance expectations
Develop, maintain, and refine cost forecasts (labor, materials, services, tools, infrastructure, risk reserves) for all projects/programs under IT PMO
Track monthly actuals vs. forecasts; identify and communicate variances; partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with IT resource managers to ensure forecasts align with staffing assignments and approved resource requests
Support the structured approach to IT resource forecasting, supply‑and‑demand modeling, and capacity analysis
Maintain accurate resource allocations for assigned projects within Tempus (or successor tooling)
Identify persistent variance patterns (over‑ or under‑allocations) and proactively report them to PMs
Support PMO leadership in portfolio‑level resource roll‑ups, supply/demand assessments, and scenario‑planning requirements
Maintain documentation repositories in compliance with audit requirements
Provide regular status reporting, including financial health, resource allocation status, accomplishments, risks, and upcoming activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination, financial analysis, resource planning, accounting / budgeting or related experience
Foundational understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project/portfolio management tools (e.g., Tempus), and collaboration platforms
Demonstrated experience in managing a project
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
