Role Overview
- Partner with business stakeholders and Scrum teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience with Scrum teams, especially with Product Owner
- Experience in creating, refining, and grooming User stories
- Experienced in understanding/leveraging historical Mainframe/CICS based applications
- Mentors juniors, conducts peer reviews
- Effective written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of applications like MS Visio, MS Office, JIRA, BlueWorks Live
