About this role

Lead, mentor, and develop multiple engineering teams working on Angular and Java technologies.
Provide high-level technical direction and architectural guidance for Angular and Java projects.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
Drive adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous delivery practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in technical management or leadership role.
Solid understanding of Angular (front-end) and Java/Spring Boot (back-end) technologies.
Experience managing multiple teams or large-scale projects in a complex organization.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive technical excellence and deliver results through others.
