Role Overview
- Lead Micron’s global waste management program and drive consistent execution across regions
- Develop and maintain global waste standards aligned with regulatory and corporate requirements
- Identify, assess, and manage waste-related compliance risks in partnership with Legal and site EHS teams
- Define program metrics, dashboards, and targets to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Support audits, due diligence, corrective actions, and cross-functional engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in environmental compliance, waste management, or EHS roles
- Experience leading programs or complex initiatives across organizations
- Working knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste regulations
- Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions
