Perform comprehensive testing of travel servicing and desktop applications, including add-ons, patches, and installations
Manage E2E pilot activities globally, preparing for production deployment
Engage with Product and Development Teams and End User Computing
Coordinate end-user testing and system validation after major network changes or software updates
Investigate and address defects during pilots
Participate in the IT Change Management Board for applications supporting travel customer services
Build and distribute Service Advisory Communications for planned downtime and software updates
Facilitate knowledge transfer with support teams and business units

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in science or engineering
Minimum 6+ years of Travel technology experience
Minimum 4+ years of software testing experience in the travel industry, TMC, travel technology, or large software enterprise
Familiarity with Amex GBT travel servicing technology or the Travel Technology sector
Strong knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
