Senior Manager, Primary Care Operations

Role Overview

• Owns the operational agenda, including:
• Tracking performance across teams
• Implementing solutions for improvement
• Identifying data integration and development needs
• Problem solving and solutioning of efficiency opportunities
• Develops and monitors KPIs to ensure high-quality, compliant operations
• Partners with the Primary Care Medical Director and multiple cross-functional teams to drive execution

Requirements

• 5+ years leading provider or population health operations, ideally in primary care
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to launch, scale, or optimize clinical programs
• Track record of identifying operational inefficiencies, developing solutions, and delivering measurable improvements
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly to both clinicians and executive leadership
