Support the accounts receivable process, including follow-up with customers regarding outstanding invoices
Communicate with clients via phone and email in English to resolve payment questions or discrepancies
Assist with tracking outstanding balances and updating AR records
Maintain clear documentation of customer payments and account status
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records
Provide support during month-end close activities related to AR
Maintain professional communication with both internal teams and external clients
Escalate payment issues or account concerns to senior team members when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome)
0–1 year of experience in accounting, finance, customer service, or call center environments
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence handling phone calls with clients in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or collections
