Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role Overview

• Reviewing client contracts and independently setting up new projects in ERP and CRM
• Creating billing schedules and communicating installments to accounting team
• Implementing billing schedule to generate invoices and addressing billing exceptions
• Contacting clients regarding collections when necessary
• Making informed decisions on billing timing and adjustments
• Partnering with Market Development Team to validate client contracts
• Maintaining ERP and CRM tools as contracts change
• Tracking and reporting on multiple assignments and progress
• Assisting in guiding and supporting other AR staff once trained

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-charge billing experience
• Ability to accurately interpret contract financial details
• Experience gained in a professional services environment
• Proven experience in developing relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong skillsets in MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• ERP experience (preferably Workday)
• CRM experience (preferably Monday.com)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Committed to high quality customer service
• Consistent attendance and reliability
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
