Role Overview
Serve as the principal function and technical lead for supply chain business systems, ERP processes, reporting and enterprise-wide supply chain initiatives
Lead complex cross functional projects involving ERP enhancements, automation, systems integration, process optimization, and digital transformation efforts
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure that requirements are well understood and that end-user needs are met
Identify interdependencies between departments, divisions, systems and processes
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, operational risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate possible solutions to leadership
Design and develop advanced dashboards, KPIs, SQL queries, reports, and data visualizations to support executive decision making and operational performance
Lead user acceptance testing, implementation activities, training, change management, and post implementation support for new system functionality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in government acquisition
Advanced expertise in ERP systems, preferably Peoplesoft
Expert level proficiency in SQL, data modeling, analytics, reporting architecture, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle, and Excel
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational performance management
Proven experience leading high visibility, multidisciplinary projects with changing priorities and cross functional dependencies
