Own and manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of new projects and initiatives within a product value stream.
Lead complex technology workstreams across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Independently manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Track, analyze, and report on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to drive successful delivery.
Manage project budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation effectively.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide clear, concise, and timely status updates.
Ensure delivery meets quality standards, technical specifications, and organizational expectations.
Champion continuous improvement by coaching and promoting lean and agile practices. Document lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements to inform future initiatives.
Define, measure, and support the end-to-end flow of work from ideation through general availability.
Establish and manage clear expectations for upcoming releases throughout the development lifecycle.
Proactively Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
Requirements
3+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a scrum master, program manager, engineer, or product owner using agile practices.
Demonstrated understanding of modern agile software development practices and adaptive processes for managing programs of work.
Strong interpersonal leadership skills and ability to commit, influence, motivate, and successfully manage teams while working in a matrixed structure.
Ability to analyze data and effectively report problems through written and graphical formats.
