Troubleshoot escalated issues with external customers and network/telecom providers
Work with service providers and vendors to drive issues to resolution
Preconfigure managed router and NIDs using standard and non-standard templates
Perform end to end testing on circuits for new and existing customers
Perform routine circuit testing and acceptance in accordance with written standards
Investigate and complete reason for outage (RFO) on all assigned tickets
Mentor and help train new Service Delivery Engineers
Work closely with Service Implementation Managers, Provisioners, Tier 2 NOC Engineers, and carrier partners to ensure a positive customer experience on circuit completions
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years
