Provide efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain by communicating with other company departments and promoting process improvements.
Participate in the preparation of Supply Chain Opex and perform monthly monitoring of the area to optimize results.
Manage inventory recoverables in cases of losses not justified by suppliers.
Act as the focal point for communications between Supply managers and for weekly updates to the Executive Board by preparing reports, presentations and announcements.
Manage the workflow of invoices/notes stalled at the Materials Management stage.
Evaluate governance rituals and negotiation processes of buyers, and guide them on best negotiation practices and compliance with the Governance standards established for the area.
Ensure the stability and compliance of the Supply Page and SupplyFlix with training content for buyers, planners and internal Supply stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields)
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERPs used in the area.
Experience with process improvement and automation (RPA), project management, procurement support, content governance and innovation with cross-functional integration.
