About this role
Role Overview
Provide Financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and both standard and ad hoc reporting to support the organization’s strategic and operational needs.
Deliver decision support for executive caregivers and may also be responsible for general ledger reconciliations, expense analysis and chargemaster maintenance.
Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information.
Provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other issues.
Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes.
Retrieve and manipulate complex information with database tools, such as SAS and Teradata.
Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and four years of financial or revenue cycle management or analytical experience OR Master’s degree and three years of experience OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and three years of experience
Ability to complete sophisticated analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation
Ability to lead projects and people
Strong understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development
Master’s degree
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification
Financial modeling experience
Understanding of valuation concepts (IRR, ROI, NPV)
