Role Overview
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that strengthens Cleveland Clinic’s brand presence
Drive patient and provider engagement across all digital touchpoints
Define strategic goals and priorities for Digital Marketing while overseeing content strategy, website management, social media, SEO and SEM, and marketing technology platforms
Manage digital marketing strategy for multiple functions including social media, SEO, email marketing, and web development
Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Leadership Team on planning and budgetary control of digital marketing
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Use web analytical tools to assist in making data driven decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
10 years of experience in digital marketing with five years in a senior leadership role, ideally within healthcare
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems including content strategy, UX, social media, SEO/SEM, and martech stacks
Proven experience managing digital transformation, CMS migrations, or multi-site web environments
Strong analytical mindset with experience in web analytics, KPIs, and marketing automation
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
