Oversee Project Management Managers and the Resource Management team
Ensure consistent project delivery and effective resource allocation
Direct the activities of assigned staff
Manage the activities of Project Management Managers and Project Coordinators
Responsible for the selection and hiring of new employees
Provide leadership development for Project Management Managers and the Resource Manager
Lead PMO and operational initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally
Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and governance practices across AECO services engagements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and predictability

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in professional services delivery, project management, PMO leadership, or consulting operations
5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and leading large delivery or project management organizations
Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise software implementations, transformation programs, or large-scale professional services engagements
Proven experience managing project delivery portfolios with multiple concurrent engagements and cross-functional teams
Experience leading or establishing PMO governance frameworks and delivery methodologies
Strong operational and analytical skills with the ability to monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and drive operational improvements
Ability to consistently perform assigned work within established deadlines
Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% as needed across the Americas to support customer and project needs.
