Responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the AECO Professional Services partner ecosystem.
Focuses on strengthening delivery partnerships that expand implementation capacity and support customer success.
Manage relationships with strategic implementation and consulting partners.
Collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and internal delivery teams to position service opportunities.
Support the successful delivery of partner-led services engagements.
Support the development and evolution of the AECO Professional Services partner delivery program.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Construction Management, or related field, or comparable relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, consulting operations, or software implementation environments.
Experience working with implementation partners, consulting firms, or channel partners supporting enterprise software delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting software implementations or professional services delivery programs.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment across Sales, Services, and Partner teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to participate in partner meetings, support partner sales engagements, position professional services delivery opportunities, and grow partner professional services relationships.
