Operations Coach

Role Overview

• Provide guidance, coaching, and indirect leadership to peers on operations processes
• Research and respond to advanced issues and resolve problems
• Assist in quality management processes
• Ensure processing of transactions follows industry rules/regulations
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products
• Research and resolve escalated issues

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in a service call center or transaction processing environment
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to research and resolve issues
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
