Create and edit video content optimized for social media and digital campaigns
Tailor video messaging, hooks, captions, and pacing to platform-specific best practices
Support marketing campaigns with video assets across paid and organic channels
Analyze video performance and recommend improvements based on data
Maintain consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand standards
Collaborate with Marketing teams to align content with funnel objectives
Requirements
Hands-on experience creating and optimizing video content for social media and digital marketing
Strong understanding of video performance metrics and optimization techniques
Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
Ability to balance creative execution with performance goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience supporting paid social or performance marketing campaigns
Familiarity with A/B testing video formats and messaging
Experience working in fast-paced, content-heavy environments
