Support the management of international benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER, including leave of absence, disability, life and risk insurance, medical, dental, vision, and pension plans.
Partner with brokers and benefit providers to ensure smooth plan administration, manage renewal cycles, and implement statutory or company-driven updates.
Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient benefits administration.
Analyze benefits utilization, market benchmarks, and employee feedback to generate insights and inform program improvements.
Improve the employee benefits experience by ensuring programs and policies are clearly communicated, accessible, and easy to navigate.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency across benefits administration.
Build collaborative relationships across the organization to understand evolving needs and help ensure benefits programs support company objectives.
Requirements
At least 8+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits analysis, ideally within a technology or SaaS organization.
Experience supporting international benefits programs and collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Understanding of benefits compliance requirements and best practices across multiple regions.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop thoughtful recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
Ability to treat employee experience as a product, applying product management and design thinking to understand needs, prototype solutions, and drive execution through strong project management and data-driven iteration.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work. Candidates with a pre-existing comfort level & familiarity using AI to enhance productivity are strongly preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel quarterly for in-person gatherings.
