About this role

Manage overall GL accounting and Tax function for shipping agency and domestic carrier entity
Supervise monthly accounting closing ensuring accuracy and compliance
Monitor performance measurement and prepare financial statements
Perform variance analysis and short-term cash flow forecasting
Lead annual budget preparation and reporting
Direct communication with statutory auditors and tax authorities
Manage all tax functions and audits
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and implement best practices
Build a high performing Finance and Admin team through mentoring and coaching

Degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Tax, with an MBA or CPA qualification
Minimum 10 years working experience and in managerial role with minimum 3 years of experience in shipping or logistics fields.
Professional experience in audit and consultancy is a plus.
High level of written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English.
Project management.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power Point presentation.
Experience in Oracle and SAP accounting software is a plus.
