Role Overview
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive incremental Fiserv revenue
- Identify and build a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities
- Lead the retention of the partnership via contract renegotiations and renewals
- Cultivate and improve relationships across multi-level and teams at the client
- Establish and use strong internal relationships and networks across Fiserv
- Develop and communicate workforce demands needed to run the existing business
- Manage client communications and expectations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnership management
- Experience managing and growing relationships and revenue with large/complex organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in the financial industry or technology sector preferred
- Advanced consultative selling skills
- Expertise in analyzing metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading discussions with senior-level partners
- Knowledge of business and operations in the financial industry preferred
- MBA degree
