Act as the point of contact for HR-related issues, resolving general matters;
Operate in a consultative and strategic manner, with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose structural improvements for the service area;
Oversee governance and propose improvements for well-being and engagement, contributing to talent retention and strengthening corporate culture;
Support, analyze, and propose solutions for succession challenges, structuring a solid plan to ensure a talent pipeline;
Support the development of leaders, helping them strengthen skills such as difficult conversations, assertive feedback, and performance evaluation for more efficient decision-making;
Develop action plans focused on team development;
Connect with the market to understand trends and best practices in HR and service areas;
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years working as an HR Business Partner, primarily responsible for: personnel budget management, leadership development, climate and engagement
Soft skills: Analytical ability, autonomy and proactivity, organization, communication skills, influence and negotiation, ability to conduct difficult conversations
Technical skills: Excel/BI for building and analyzing dashboards, familiarity with AI usage; experience developing agents is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree. MBA and coaching certification are a plus.
