Oversee strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for designated operation
Act as primary customer interface for proposal approval and contract negotiations
Champion local continuous improvement activities, LEAN practices, supply chain analysis
Develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business
Ensure adherence to corporate mission, vision, and core values
Manage operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals
Develop and manage systems of controls to meet service levels and operational performance goals

High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
5 years’ experience in a leadership role in logistics/distribution/supply chain environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of applicable WMS systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and personnel skills
Good communication skills, written and oral
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures
