Business/Project Manager

Role Overview

• Drive rhythm of the business (ROB) planning and execution
• Strategic program and project management
• Cross-team coordination and alignment
• Executive communications and reporting
• Operational efficiency and process optimization
• Support business planning through light data analysis, reporting, and insight generation
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
• Thought partnership with engineering and business leadership
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Change management and initiative landing
• Leverage Microsoft tools and systems to enable visibility and decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a business, project, or program manager
• Must have experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., managing projects with Microsoft as the client)
• Business management experience preferred
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
• Experience using data to support business planning and operational decision-making
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms, including Power BI, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
