Provide technical assistance and support to customers through on-site visits and remote service;
Deliver technical presentations and training on our products to applicators, drivers, sales representatives and students, working with Fleets, Distributors, Retailers, Repair Shops, End Customers and Educational Institutions;
Provide technical consulting for fleets in collaboration with internal and external commercial partners, focusing on information management and monitoring product performance;
Collect and analyze information and develop technical support materials and reports;
Provide technical support for customers' warranty processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering or related fields;
Advanced English; Spanish is a plus;
Experience in technical assistance or post-sales support for fleets in the commercial vehicle segment;
Experience developing and delivering presentations and training related to automotive technical topics;
Availability to work in the field within the state of Paraná and the interior of São Paulo (Curitiba).
