As a Learning & Product Lead (m/f/d) you will develop innovative blended-learning programs with us — and work on making learning scalable and more effective through technology and AI.
Design & implementation of new blended-learning programs — from concept to go-live.
Product: Identify patterns in our programs and translate them into a clear product logic.
Understand the market, test hypotheses and build initial prototypes.
Project management and communication with all stakeholders — clients, subject-matter experts and partner companies.
Experimentation: Test new tools, formats and technologies — stay curious and develop ideas that challenge existing systems.
AI in learning: Use AI not only as a tool but as a component to develop and test new learning and product approaches.

You are obsessed with great learning experiences and have experience in the EdTech sector, ideally in adult or professional education.
You are familiar with blended-learning formats, and terms like LMS, Articulate and SCORM are everyday vocabulary for you, not foreign language.
You understand product development, validation and scaling.
You bring strong project management skills and can drive initiatives forward in a structured way.
You have worked in a start-up or agile environment and know what speed and ownership mean.
You are hands-on and find the right balance between structure and flexibility.
You are business-fluent in German, both written and spoken.
