Social media management: Plan, create, and publish content for our social channels — primarily Instagram and, prospectively, YouTube.
Video & image editing: Edit and process existing footage from shoot days; recycle and repurpose older content into fresh formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts).
Static creatives for paid ads: Design ad assets (static images, carousel ads) for our Meta campaigns — using Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or AI tools.
UGC coordination: Brief external creators for UGC projects, coordinate production, and ensure the content aligns with our brand.
Brand aesthetics: Ensure everything we publish looks professional, approachable, and on-brand — from feed posts to ad creatives.
Ideas & trends: Contribute your own content ideas, monitor social media trends, and consider how to adapt them for our target audience.
Requirements
Creative eye: Strong sense for design, aesthetics, and visual quality — things simply look good to you.
Cutting & editing skills: Able to edit and cut videos (e.g., with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and proficient in image editing.
Social media understanding: You know what works on Instagram, are familiar with current formats, and understand how to grow a community.
AI affinity: Regularly use AI tools (e.g., for image generation, draft text, or creative workflows) in your daily work.
Self-directed work: You organize yourself in a home-office, meet deadlines independently, and don’t need micromanagement.
Language skills: You write good captions and texts in German — authentic and engaging.
Bonus: Experience with Meta ad concepts, experience briefing UGC creators, or having built your own social media channel (not required).
