Role Overview
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems on Earthmoving Machinery
- Major and minor services
- Maintenance and component replacements
- Fabrication and new machine build as required
- Complete service reporting and manufacturers documentation
- Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field
- Dealing directly with Key Customers
- Adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
Requirements
- Trade qualification in Diesel or Mobile Plant Mechanics
- Strong diagnostic skills and fault-finding ability on Earthmoving machinery is a MUST
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required
- A current driver’s license
- Forklift and Air conditioning accreditation advantageous
- Basic Word and Excel abilities
- Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
