About this role
Role Overview
Acquire new corporate clients and bring existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage firm
Manage the acquisition process — from lead generation and insurance program analysis to presentation
Independently manage commercial clients (minimum: companies of approximately 50 employees) in the non-life/composite lines (with support from inside sales)
Conduct annual review meetings on-site or digitally
Actively contribute to shaping the company within our OKR methodology
Requirements
At least several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
Solid knowledge of non-life/composite lines, e.g., industrial fire and liability (excluding motor, life, and health)
Completed vocational training in insurance / certified insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
