About this role

Drive the strategy for delivery excellence across the entire portfolio of clients
Manage a significant portfolio of client engagements, ensuring alignment with the Delivery Director's regional goals
Provide technical solution leadership and direct the architectural design for complex client solutions
Act as the primary technical mentor for Team Leads and Senior Engineers
Define and track high-level strategic Delivery and Business value metrics
Build client relationships and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

10+ years of experience in Engineering,
2+ years managing teams
Expert mastery of at least one modern programming Backend Stack (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring)
Experience with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proven experience in designing and reviewing complex Software Architectures (e.g., Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven Architecture)
Solid experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaaC with Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation, orchestration with Kubernetes/Docker)
Excellent english communication skills
Advanced knowledge of database systems (relational and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
