Role Overview
- Build and maintain the GTM infrastructure across marketing and sales
- Implement and manage tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Heyreach, outbound platforms, and analytics tools
- Design and build automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, outreach campaigns, and CRM workflows
- Connect tools across the GTM stack and maintain clean data flows between systems
- Use AI and automation tools to improve targeting, prospect research, and personalization
- Run experiments on outbound strategies, messaging, and segmentation
- Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and campaign performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Marketing, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
- Experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Heyreach, and outbound automation platforms
- Experience building automation workflows and marketing pipelines
- Familiarity with no-code / low-code automation tools
- Interest in using AI tools to improve marketing and outbound automation
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance
