About this role
Role Overview
Cover Brazil's Northeast region
Ensure weekly/monthly sales quotas and expected KPIs are met
Identify and research potential new clients
Create and execute lead generation strategies
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in HubSpot
Develop sales presentations and product demonstrations
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
Lead negotiations to close deals
Stay up to date on industry trends
Provide regular reports on sales activities
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B software sales
Deep knowledge of the clinical laboratory industry, including pathology, cytology, and related areas
Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through multiple channels
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in negotiation techniques
Ability to analyze data and market trends
